My Services

After spending 25 years as a Senior Executive Assistant - most recently, seven years for the President of the Midwest Division of Coca-Cola - I learned that behind every successful business is strong organization, clear communication, and accurate financial management. Throughout my career, I managed expense reports, budgets, and accounting details with precision, earning a reputation for reliability and trust.

Over time, I realized how much I enjoyed the numbers side of business and how many entrepreneurs struggle to keep their books in order while juggling everything else. That inspired me to create Tonya’s Personal Concierge Services - a way to use my corporate experience to support small business owners with professional, personalized bookkeeping.

What started as a career helping executives stay organized has grown into a passion for helping small business owners gain financial clarity and confidence.
